Meet Joshua F. Gastley, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Affectionately known as “Dr. Josh” by his patients, Joshua Gastley, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, has been providing compassionate and skilled medical care since 2005. A proud graduate of North Georgia College, he earned his Master of Science in Nursing in 2009, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

With nearly two decades of hands-on experience, Josh takes great pride in the work he does each day—delivering attentive, evidence-based care to every patient he serves. His genuine compassion, approachable style, and commitment to excellence have earned him the trust and respect of both patients and colleagues alike.

When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find Josh hanging out with his best dog, Clutch and cheering on his beloved Georgia Bulldogs—a true Dawg fan through and through!

Dr. Gary Kinsey, M.D., Medical Director

Dr. Gary Kinsey has been a cornerstone of healthcare in our community for nearly four decades. As the first physician to open a medical practice in this area back in the 1980s, Dr. Kinsey helped lay the foundation for the trusted, patient-centered care our community enjoys today.

With a career spanning almost forty years, Dr. Kinsey has cared for generations of families—often seeing patients from childhood through adulthood and beyond. His kindness, wisdom, and unwavering dedication to medicine have earned him not only the respect of his peers but also the heartfelt admiration of his patients.

Beloved by all who know him, Dr. Kinsey embodies the very best of small-town medicine: compassion, continuity, and genuine connection. His legacy of service continues to inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals in our region.
